Controlled Fabrication Process
Each benchtop order moves through a controlled production process to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface consistency. Production is matched to approved CAD drawings before packing for shipment.
Step 1 - Slab Cutting: Full-size slabs are cut on infrared bridge saws to the specified benchtop dimensions, ensuring flat, accurate blanks ready for further processing.
Step 2 - CNC Cutouts: Sink bowls, faucet holes and cooktop openings are cut on CNC routers with precision tooling, ensuring clean edges and accurate fitment.
Step 3 - Edge Polishing & Sealing:ing: Edge profiles are polished on CNC routers, then each benchtop is sealed with penetrating stone sealer and inspected for dimensional tolerance before packing.
