We maintain a MOQ of 100 square meters per product line for natural stone slabs. For smaller sample orders under 10 square meters, a handling fee of USD 200 applies. Custom finishes or edge profiles may require higher minimums; we'll confirm at quote stage.
What are typical lead times from order to shipment?+
Standard lead time is 15-20 days for engineered stone architectural surfaces from order confirmation. Natural stone requires 20-25 days due to quarry sourcing and selection. Rush orders with 10-15% surcharge available for delivery within 10 days, subject to stock availability.
What payment terms do you offer for export orders?+
We offer 30/70 T/T (30% deposit upon order, 70% before shipment) for orders over USD 5,000. Established B2B buyers in OECD markets qualify for 50/50 T/T. L/C at sight available for first-time importers. All payments via bank transfer or confirmed L/C only.
Can you customize edge finishes and surface textures?+
Yes. We offer polished, honed, flamed, and brushed finishes for natural stone; engineered surfaces support polished, matte, and textured options. Custom edge profiles (beveled, bullnose, ogee) available with no upcharge on orders over 50 square meters. Samples of custom finishes provided free with bulk orders; standalone sample sets cost USD 150.
What certifications do your products hold for export markets?+
All engineered stone surfaces carry CE marking (EN 13755, EN 12058) and are NSF certified for food contact. Natural stone slabs comply with ASTM C1442 standards and hold certifications from quarry associations in Italy and Portugal. Full technical datasheets and third-party testing reports available upon request for regulatory approval.
