Each Red Sandalwood mosaic sheet is cut and assembled at our Shuitou factory. The process begins with slab selection—blocks are chosen for purple colour saturation and consistent diagonal stripe veining—then cut into thin tiles on gang-saws and CNC bridge saws. Individual tesserae are shaped (3D angled, basketweave rectangular, cubic, or splitting face) using specialized cutting and splitting tools, then hand-mounted on fiberglass mesh sheets for installation-ready delivery.
